We made these turkeys in art and then I thought I cool would it be to photo the clay turkeys and use them for our turkey riddle books as the cover. I gave each child a Hefty colored plate adn traced around their hand. Each child used model magic to fill in the turkey , starting with the body, then adding feathers, beaks, legs, wattles, tiny eyes etc. We let them harden right on the plate.
