Using coffee filters and water colors, we created beautiful turkey feathers. Each pleat of the coffee filter was painted, some used a pattern, others a specific color scheme. After the paint dried, the filter was cut in half and glued onto paper, overlapping the two pieces of the filter. Details were added with stickers and markers. The last touch was to outline the feathers with black markers.
